This five-bedroom Kissimmee villa is designed from the ground up for families who want every corner to spark imagination - Mickey Mouse grins from one room, Hogwarts whispers from another, and the LEGO bricks pile up before you even reach the pool. Sleeping arrangements
Five themed bedrooms sleep up to 13 guests with a mix of layouts to suit every age. The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the Mickey Room offers a king bed with its own en suite bathroom. The Harry Potter Room includes a king bed, a crib, and an en suite of its own. The Star Wars Room sleeps two on double beds, and the Lego Room rounds things out with twin beds - perfect for younger guests. Five full bathrooms mean mornings move smoothly even for the biggest groups.

Living spaces
Two separate lounges give everyone room to find their favourite corner. Downstairs, the main living area pulls the group together, while the superhero-themed lounge upstairs offers a more playful place to wind down after a long park day. The Minions game room is a highlight all its own - foosball, air hockey, arcade games, Xbox Series X, and a popcorn machine make it a destination within the destination. Smart TVs, life size games, board games, books, and reading material fill out the quieter hours.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to cook comfortably - refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, GE stainless steel electric stove, oven, microwave, and all the cooking basics. A coffee maker and hot water kettle keep mornings running, and wine glasses are on hand for evenings in. The dining table seats 10, and outdoor dining furniture means you can take the meal outside whenever the Florida air invites it.

Outdoor living
The private heated pool and hot tub are available year-round, open 24 hours, and sitting within a fully fenced backyard. Sun loungers, a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils, and an outdoor dining area make this a natural gathering point from mid-morning through to after dark.
