Sleeping arrangements
Six imaginatively themed bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests across 8 beds. On the first floor, a Mickey Mouse bedroom offers a king-sized bed. Upstairs, the Avengers bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bath, and the Peter Pan room holds a queen. A Harry Potter bedroom adds another king with ensuite bath, while the Beauty and the Beast and Transformers rooms each include two single beds. Every bedroom has its own flat-screen smart TV, so there's always a retreat to unwind in when the parks have had their fill.

Bathrooms
Five full bathrooms are spread across the home for maximum convenience. The first-floor bath includes a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the Avengers ensuite features dual sinks and a walk-in shower, the Harry Potter ensuite adds a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and two further baths with shower/tub combos serve the remaining rooms. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, and a starter supply of toiletries are ready for your arrival.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with GE stainless steel appliances, cookware, and everything your group needs to prepare full meals. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, bread maker, and hot water kettle cover every morning routine. When dinner is ready, the dining table seats eight - and a high chair is on hand for the youngest guests.

Living areas
The main living room brings the group together around a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, ideal for movie nights after a long day out. Head upstairs to the Star Wars-themed lounge for a second gathering space with its own TV and sofa, so different members of the group can split off without losing comfort. A dedicated workspace in a common area keeps you connected if needed.

Game room
The Jurassic Park-themed game room is a hit with guests of every age. Foosball, arcade games, and a flat-screen TV make it an easy go-to whether you're competing or just looking to decompress between theme park days.

Outdoor living
The private heated pool and hot tub are available year-round, 24 hours a day - a real advantage in Florida's warm climate. Sun loungers line the patio, a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table for eight are ready when you want to eat outside, and baby safety gates provide added peace of mind for families with little ones. The backyard is shared and not fully fenced.

Neighborhood
Old Town is about 10 minutes away, Disney World approximately 13 minutes, and Universal Studios around 22 minutes. An EV charger is available on-site, and free parking is included both on-premises and on the street.

✹ There is a $30 cleaning fee to clean the grill. The propane tank is there, but the responsibility of the guest to fill it if they'd like to use it!

✹ Please notify us in advance if you are planning to use the Pool / Hot Tub Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival. Our fee is $130 for the first 1 - 3 nights and $10 per every extra night on your reservation.
