This was our second time staying at Anallancie and Joal's place this year, and we just had to come back! It has easily become one of our favorite Airbnb experiences. Their home is always spacious, comfortable, and has more than enough room for our family. The location is fantastic—conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and just a short drive from the Disney parks, making it the perfect home base for our Orlando trips. This visit, we also had the chance to enjoy the clubhouse amenities, which made our stay even better. Anallancie and Joal are exceptional hosts. They are incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. We highly recommend staying here and will absolutely be back again. If you're looking for a comfortable home, an excellent location, and amazing hosts, you can't go wrong with this one!
Our flight got canceled coming from chicago and we spent whole day on the airport. After spending 5 hours on the airport we were told aircraft malfunction and our flight is cancelled. I informed the host and sent documentation. I asked her refund the money but she refused to refund the money. She asked me to cancel the reservation but she wont refund the money. I paid $2000 for 3 nights stay and it was never refunded.
The place looked exactly if not better then the photos. We had a few small hiccups that when brought to owners attention were addressed within an hour.
