Seven bedrooms, three immersive kids' themed rooms, a Super Mario game room, a Disney loft, and a private screened heated pool - this Clermont retreat was engineered for the kind of family vacation that gets talked about long after the suitcases are unpacked. Whether your days are built around back-to-back park runs or slow mornings floating in a heated pool, everything your group needs is already here, under one roof.

Sleeping arrangements
The ground-floor Owner's Master Suite anchors the home with a king bed, backlit LED headboard, floor-to-ceiling wood slat accent wall, tufted wingback chair, and a spa-worthy en-suite featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity - plus direct pool access for late-night unwinding. Upstairs, a second master suite mirrors that privacy with its own king bed and private en-suite, ideal for a second couple or family members who prefer their own sanctuary. Two further adult bedrooms complete the upper floor: the Mirror Suite brings a queen bed, large mirror headboard with brushed gold sconce lighting, and rich earth-tone bedding; the Silver Suite delivers a velvet channel-tufted king headboard set against textured silver wave wallpaper.

Themed kids' rooms
Three dedicated themed bedrooms give younger guests their own world to wake up inside. The Lion King Suite features a hand-crafted baobab tree bunk structure rising floor to ceiling, surrounded by vibrant African savanna murals with Simba, Nala, Timon, and Pumbaa - sleeping up to four across two full beds. The Minions Hideout goes full yellow: a loft bunk with a rock-climbing wall entry, illuminated character panels, and LED hazard-stripe trim, sleeping up to five across two full beds and a twin. The Frozen Ice Castle brings Arendelle to life with a custom castle bunk structure, arched entry, full-wall Elsa and Anna murals, a life-size Olaf statue, and a snowflake-textured ceiling - two full beds built for the littlest fans.

Entertainment
The Super Mario game room fills the full two-car garage on the ground floor - pool table, three arcade gaming bays each with individual TV and joystick controls, neon RGB LED lighting, and floor-to-ceiling Mario and Luigi murals with question-block ceiling details, plus a full bar counter with stools. Upstairs, the Disney loft serves as the family's evening anchor: an 85" smart TV, air hockey table, kids' craft and play table, a full leather sectional sofa, and classic Disney character wall art alongside a vintage film strip mural. The main gathering room brings everyone together around another 85" smart TV, a custom built-in walnut entertainment wall, wine cooler, and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the pool deck.

Pool & outdoor space
The private screened pool is heated and open 24 hours year-round, with an attached hot tub ready after a full day at the parks. A covered lanai (25'5" x 8') provides shaded outdoor dining, the paver pool deck includes a dedicated lounge area, and a gas grill is on-site for cookouts. The screen enclosure keeps the Florida outdoors genuinely comfortable whatever the season.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless steel electric stove and oven, French door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, Keurig and drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and a complete set of cookware, dinnerware, baking sheets, and wine glasses. The large quartz island seats five at the bar; the dining table seats six to eight. Barbecue utensils are included for the grill. A dedicated workspace sits in a common area, with high-speed WiFi and an Ethernet connection throughout.

For families with little ones
A crib, high chair, baby bath, children's dinnerware, baby safety gates, board games, and a mosquito net are all on-site. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras, a Ring Video Doorbell, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and the property includes a private entrance.
